Matlang Proposal

Ideas to explore:

• languages, scripts set the terms for expression
• fonts set slightly more limited terms than scripts

Possible Projects:

• what all can you bundle into a font
• a font that’s human-readable istructions on drawing a glyph
• handwriting dynamics, either in a font(?) or animated interactively
• font where each character is a poem (ligatures also poems?)
• a font where you type roman characters by typing specific combinations of letters (eg. alphabet = a, bechamel = b, etc)
• same as above but pixels or strokes
