Moving Forward With Media

I’ve updated my slide deck about writing and media freelancers based on what I experienced as a freelancer myself and what I heard when I spoke to other freelancers. I’m trying to focus on the freelancing process itself so there are some unusual qualities here (in my personas) but I think they reflect responses I’ve heard as well as the problem of who I haven’t heard from: without the support these personas have, most people can’t afford to freelance. I think addressing that lack of support and addressing the ways the employment structure necessitates it are two ways to try to solve that problem.
